10X Marine is a Leader in Marine Safety and Marine Communication products.  Offering 25 years of Radio Frequency and Electronics experience, we know Communications.  We are Authorized Dealers of most major manufacturers in the marine industry.  10X Marine is proud to say that we are a family ran business founded in the USA. 

Our business office is out of New Bern, NC.  However we have several warehouses located strategically within the US with shipping depending upon availability and customers location.  

With many return customers we strive to make our customers feel like family.  We truly want ALL our customers to be safe on the water and return home to boat another day!

10X Marine has a 30 day return policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase let us know within 30 days.  Upon hearing from you we will issue a Return Authorization number to send in with the item. 

If the item is in an unopened condition there is no restocking fee.  If item has been open, there may be a 10% restocking fee for the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.  Returns will be shipped to our northern warehouse:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately any Cartography is not eligible for returns at this time.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless it is past the 30 days and is considered a Warranty claim. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
